Now you can schedule your posts on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest to keep your customers intrigued and up to date at the right times.
Scheduling posts on Facebook is very helpful and useful for business pages. Scheduling allows you to set a status and photo/video to be published in the future so you don't have to worry about remembering to post it. Here's what it looks like...
It's easy! All you have to do is..
Go to post like you normally do, (under you profile picture/about section) type in a status or upload a photo/video
Click on the clock on the bottom left-hand side
Enter in the year, month, day, and time that you would like it to be posted on
Click schedule.
It's as easy as that! You can also see your activity log to see what is already scheduled. At any point you can go to your page, click on "Edit Page" then "Use Activity Log" to see your scheduled posts.
Twitter scheduling is not directly through Twitter but another website in which you can connect to your Twitter account called Buffer. Buffer allows you to set a tweeting schedule for certain days each week at certain times.
You can upload numerous tweets to your schedule and they will automatically be published according to how your schedule is set up. This allows you to put together your tweets and have them published periodically through the day. Buffer can be used for Twitter, Facebook, and Google+. I like it more for Twitter so I can keep that and Facebook separate. You will also notice that once you have your account set up there will always be an option to send your post right away or click on Buffer and it will add it to your schedule right from the social media site. No need to go right to Buffer. You can do it from there.
I have recently found a website that allows you to schedule pinning on your Pinterest account called Pingraphy. This is great because, as noted above, pinners are mostly on from 8 pm- 1am. I'm sure you're not going to want to spend your night pinning so your followers can see them right away. Pingraphy gives you the option of setting up a pinnng schedule so they can see your pins at the top of their feed when they are on late at night. Here's how it works...
Connect with your Pinterest account
Drag the Pingraphy button to your toolbar
Click pingraphy bookmarklet on any webpage and select image/s to pin
Select board and upload/schedule pin/s to when you want them published
Click on Dashboard to view your schedule
Once they are uploaded you will be able to view your Dashboard and see if anyone repinned, liked, or commented on them.
All of these scheduling tools are great for your business pages and can really help you stay on top of your posts. It is perfect for those that only work on certain days, those who like planning ahead, saving time, and posting at the perfect time for your audience. Depending on your company, your demographics may be on social media sites at different points of the day than you are. This allows you to target them at the perfect time of the day and reach out when they are assessable.
